When we loose track of time checking in with the seasons can help anchor us. On a bright spring day our emotions may be lifted and in the depths of winter we may feel like curling up and going slowly - or not!
This weekly check in will give us a chance to notice how we feel and use the seasons as vocabulary - if we have a menstrual cycle we can use that as our guide and if not the seasons themselves or cycle of the moon.
We will also have an opportunity to sit together and meditate.
